this is my opinion
the EU should sort itself out one way or other in couple of months' if not earlier
USofA should sort it's mess (short term) by nov/dec
so once there is more clarity someone like Cameco might swoop on PDN for $3 or thereabouts. This is a sitting duck which will quack soon
takeover offer likely in the next 2 months
