    This takeover offer reminds me of PES for some reason. The first Director recommended offer started at around $5, and finished at $8. That would be the equivalent of us getting a premium ending up at $4, which is about what SPH is worth imo. So I urge all shareholders to wait until we receive a higher offer from Xstrata or another!
