can anybody fill me in on why the stock is stalled at 4c when the offer was unofficially confirmed at 5.9-6c a share? this extract directly from announcement of 2/7/09.
"Although the final calculation for the purchase price under the Offer needs to be confirmed by each
party's broker, a preliminary calculation shows the Offer is equivalent to approximately 5.9 to 6.0
cents for every share on issue. The precise amount is subject to verification of the calculations by
each parties broker."
closed today at 3.9 cents.
