I fully agree Ruby....
If I had a NAB ACCOUNT I'd be right onto them to sort it out, or if I was BEACON'S Secretary - Investor Relations Guy I'd be onto this, until the bank updated its records!

a little while ago,
In another stock (ROG) I have sent COMMSEC & Investor Relations guy of ROG, emails & phone calls to change their information as Company went from Explorer to now PRODUCER(last Qtr 2023), but still NOT AMENDED!!
