takeover offer....

Hi, would appreciate any opinions here please.
Offer closes next Wednesday,6th.
Only have a small parcel of shares, as I pulled the order for remainder.
Have held for quite some time.
If I accept the offer I will have less than 200 shares.
I was going to accept and just hold for an expected long time in hope of recovering some of loss.
However, I noted correspondence says that if accepted, and the holder has an unmarketable parcel of shares, then these will be sold and you will receive payment for these shares.
Therefore, no chance to recoup loss at all.
So, what would happen to shares if I didnt accept and held onto them.
Is this a viable option at all.
