I can well imagine STO might be crunching some script swap numbers now that this is on the table.
25 WCL's for one STO for example= 56c
That sort of transaction might work for the board as they get to keep their investment in a much broader sense.
STO would get some much needed gas, a nice reserves booking.
Connecting meridian to their pipeline really couldn't be simpler.
Just a wild guess, but really this proposal is simply quite farcical. I can't really believe it is a genuine offer and I'm wondering what the real game is.
