Implying this mob have a chunk of stock? Otherwise why get involved. Issuing a prospectus will cost them a bit and it would be a waste of doe as there is no way the board will ever entertain this offer and they won't get 51%.
It would be interesting to see a list of all new holdings over 5m shares going back to say last October.

These sellsers are either extremely cautious, stupid, or they have a motive for keeping a lid on the sp.
