    I think that the reaction of WCL board to this takeover approach speaks volumes. The board was not prepared to recommend the 51 cent offer by Petro why would they even entertain 36 cent offer now, it's a Chinese joke.

    They need to be in the region of 65 cents and above to get the board interested.
