To put it simply, it's nice to be showmen some interest however the doc. is hardly flattering. All on the never never, they have zero chance of obtaining 90% script and zero chance of WCL updating the data room, already totally ignored by WCL on the 7th of feb. just not going to happen but as mentioned nice to have the attention.

Landbridge, hold plenty of stock above above current price, bypass company with asx listing rule annouvment that conditional to the point of just not going to happen then sells into increased price and volume

I've been trading for a long time and that offer doc is absolutly ridiculous but will still see some upside price action for sure.
