Sorry, guys. These t/o offers are clearly just shameful attempts to stop the merger while influencing the vote tomorrow: the timing of this last offer says all. Please ask yourself how come, after 15 days from the announcement, we still do not know anything about the first t/o offer... I mean NOTHING: not even the name of the suitor...does it not sound weird to you? ... How the hell did the ROC sp sharply fall with this news coming?Seriously no leaks? Come on, if so, it would be the first time in the history of any share markets...

By the way, for those interested, here is my NON-BINDING, CONFIDENTIAL, INDICATIVE, INCOMPLETE OFFER: "a kick in Allan Gray's ass per share" ... anyone?
