    Ian Burston is 83 years old and no company should have a person of that age as a CEO or board member. No disrespect to Ian of course.

    But Ian still is involved.... He is a named strategic adviser to the company and he is also #3 shareholder.

    i think that is about a good a balance as one could hope for.
