    It looks a very good buy for Aurenne.

    It's hard to nudge any single buyer into paying multiples above the trading SP.

    This put James at a disadvantage, but the deal is not exclusive. Aurenne has locked in first mover rights/advantages, but if another buyer sees sufficient value a competing bid can arise.
