I think the answer to that was made evident when shareholders struck out the remuneration report at the AGM and Sandra Hook resigned her position.
A board spill was a logical conclusion at the next AGM, RXP Management has been under pressure for a long time now. They were no longer able to "Buy" their way to growth and they ran out of ideas so took this option as a face saver. I don't blame them at all.
