    An alternate measure of value below.

    A maintainable dividend of 3.5c (5c pre tax) implies Cap Gemini can debt fund the entire acquisition and meet interest payments so long as the cost of financing is below 5.3%.
    That is a margin of over 5% over the base rate.

    To my recollection DWS was not as cashflow generative as RXP.
