EL, I absolutely agree. In my view the offer is a sham, I wouldn't be interested in 1.19-1.20 even if it were all cash - which I could have got that on market a couple of months ago if I'd been interested. However, I beleive IPM is likely to be worth quite a lot more in due course, and meanwhile the divvies are not much less than bank interest. Unlike COE, IPM have astute management.
