    Yes - fair points - very simplistic I agree - imo its very to hard to value exploration assets so I hope ROC doesn't pay too much for them on top of the proven reserves.

    Roc was my top pick for the next 12 months because it was so cheap, had a very strong balance sheets, good operations and an excellent exploration portfolio.

    Lets hope that the value doesn't get too diluted or even better they pull off a good deal.
