I was a holder of mdt and sold out at 11c and 9.6c (bought in at 12c and 8c)
Maybe I am not that smart, but I still hear of new reits being established etc, why could they not refloat or indeed sell the whole package :
They could offer shareholders 10-12c per share , and get a share with a value of 20-30c nta.
buying say 1 bill in assets for say 700 mill???
am i missing something or is this scenario to simple, i am sure many holders would jump at 10c a share right now
