After the David Foster Star Entertainment Group scandal, BEN might be lucky to get a merger or takeover approach.
Every regulator would be champing at the bit to inspect BEN a a lot closer, check out its chronic understaffing and see what David Foster has done to it.
Probably not a great time for BEN sholders coming up.
They will hope BEN keeps its banking license judging by what happened at Star.
