takeover or not

Hi Guys,

I'm not happy with this deal, not sure about others but I've been a long term investor in CUS, have held through the ups and downs; and expect more from this.

Selling in a consolidation period where the price is very low is not a great decision. Yes the deal is a high mark-up on the existing price, but is not a great ROI for any investor that did not buy during the down periods over the last few years...
