also not happy and i was surprised at how quick our directors managed to appraise the deal and proceed to a full recommendation of grab the money and run.Do we not have a company with a viable path for substantial growth. Our directors seem to think our company doesn't have a chance of being worth a buck 24 anytime soon, but our buyer does want to pay a premium... nobody likes to pay more than they need to unless there is a substantial profit to be made.
