TCV's investment was in a fund that is at the end of its life so it needs to sell (also the responsible partners at TCV who made the investment have both left). Blackrock, AusSuper, Ellerston etc. are all not selling a cent. BTI is selling a portion because it is too large of a position in its LIC portfolio. Plus the IPO was underwritten in record time, demand from cornerstones was great by the sound of it..
