I thankfully bailed out of GDR over a year ago; it was one of my big hopefuls at the time, until it was becoming clear that there was no clear direction & despite reading otherwise on HC I decided that this was not the right management in quality or style, and now............
always was waituing for the right time to buy back in & that time has never come and maybe never will.......I've read as much as time allows on the recent announcements........the reason for this post is, aren't you guys about to be taken over by some unknown identity for $6M or there abouts by way of a rights issue?? with the blessing and means to do by the board (including the infamous Gordon Hill).
Is this total legal? If yes, Why??
where are all the posts about this disaster. This should be the busiest board on HC.
