Takeover Panel calls Jabiluka a "major asset of ERA"

I think this point - the value of Jabiluka - is critically important in understanding, and valuing, ERA.

It is so important I think this topic deserves its own Thread. I would be very interested to hear others comments on this point.

The Takeover Panel calls Jabiluka a "major asset of ERA" in its - Takeover Panel Media Release 11 Dec 2019 page 2/9 Orders para (b) - regarding the current ERA entitlement Offer.

The Underwriting Agreement included a clause (clause 10.4) the effect of which had been to prohibit ERA dealing with or creating any new economic or legal interest in the Jabiluka Mineral Lease, suggests RIO have a very keen interest in this asset, and maintaining control over it.

Why is that?

I think it is because RIO know full well the asset is world class, a "major asset of ERA " as the Takeover panel says.

Question is, why have not Directors of ERA gone to significant lengths to appraise all shareholders of this value?

For instance, ERA do not even refer to Jabiluka in their Announcement boilerplate footnote " About ERA". - Why Not? It is a major asset.

Maybe the Directors of ERA should be talking a great deal more about the value of this asset to all shareholders.

What DO ERA Directors think of Jabiluka's (and ERA's) value going forward under different Uranium prices, and what do ERA Directors think is the outlook for the Uranium price going forward?
