Mostly about the NEW RI with Patterson.

-ASIC chimed in...which is always good to see.
-The NEW RI...if it does go through will need a few tweaks.
-The appeal was upheld and they agreed with the first panel's decision. Duh.

Mostly, all mute now. There probably will be a RI...maybe soon...maybe later. It will be a different creature and be at a higher price. It should be better for all ABM shareholders which was the whole point of this.

Lots of stuff happening in the next few weeks. I can't see any of it bad. The market hates uncertainty and this was the finial bit cleared.

ABM needs the following...
-POG to keep going up.
-1 new independent director and independent chairmen. REALLY independent and a backbone.
-Drilling results from IGO.
-Mike Smith to finish his review and give BL direction on how the BOD wants ABM to move going forward.
-New funding via RI or any number of other means that include warrants, JV's, mining partnership etc.

None of the above shouldn't happen and it should be good.
This in-turn will let the market see value in ABMs assets and new investors will come on board at higher prices.
