Suds, I think your rght, if it was the broker who made the error, he will have to rectify it.
My broker has made errors in my trading and the company share sales have stood and the broker rectifies ( a recording helps)
FAS and GWR are not parties to the argument. Falak will have to prove his intent and unless he has an email, a tape or a letter he won;t be able to.
Unfortunately, the transfer/swap has been made, FAS are entitled to vote the shares and falak gets to vote at the FAS board meeting.
Should the ASX determine otherwise, we (all shareholders at all companies) will have the right to turn over broker's mistakes. An absolute nightmare for brokers who have a fair bit of influence at theASX,
