Its possibly an issue at contract law, being a "mistake", or more precisely a unilateral mistake. If it can be proven it was a mistake by Falak's agent or if the party to the contract (ie FAS) knew it was a mistake but concluded the contract then the contract can possibly be rescinded or voided. There will need to be evidence provided. IMHO, I dont believe the shares can be voted on by FAS while a cloud over the validity of the FAS transfer is there.
