See my previous post. Have read the t/o statements and don't think that the offer is enough.

The directors of ESS have recommended the offer but don't offer ONE GOOD REASON WHY!

I say, stick it out, the shares are worth over $1.00. If Smithdt want ESS let them make a genuine offer!

Holders of ESS let's have a united front. Don't forget, UNITED WE STAND, divided we fall!
