Hey everyone,
I'm hoping to get some insight on the specifics of the takeover.
Assuming the acceptance of the offer, will the proceeds be paid purely as a capital transaction or partly as a dividend (franked or unfranked).
I'm not taking anything as advice and am currently waiting on the hold-line for the offer but it's taking forever....
