Yes, agreed on that point. She will be rewarded regardless of what happens with Humm results. The best remuneration policy for a business is one where if shareholders suffer, then CEO suffers, and one where if shareholders are rewarded, the CEO is rewarded. History has shown that the best businesses are run with this setup. Unfortunately this is a downside of Humms set-up.
