As a non-holder, I am aiming for a buy price that would secure a 50% margin in the event of a takeover. Considering the last capital raising was in the mid-50s, a range of 34-38 cents would offer me that level of comfort. However, there's always the risk of the management running the company into the ground, which, judging from their recent performance, seems to be the only area in which they are exceeding expectations.
