Also the CEO has no bought any shares. His current shares were his sign on bonus, and appen has a minimum CEO holding requirement of 100% of base salary, so he can't sell his shares if the total exercise value is close to minimum requirement ($2.28 iirc). He put his company up for sale in the last CR presentation, and hasn't bought any shares, and still no CFO which is perhaps more important than the CEO, I'm pretty sure he has no idea how to proceed with this company.
