Has anyone accepted the offer and received payment?*
If so what was the amount per share received?
If shares have been accepted by Minmetals are they committed to payment if the take over offer is terminated?
*If shares have been accepted by Minmetals but payment not actioned within three days the acceptance can be terminated by the original share holder.
