    Hi Vidi,

    I know someone who had a small parcel and sent in his acceptance form for $AUD. That was sometime around the 1st November. He received a notice late last week that his shares has been taken but no mention about proceeds. I only spoke to him yesterday. I have asked him to let me know when his proceeds arrive and at what rate of exchange was used.
