People actually working for the co. or OZL might think I'm presumptuous by saying we're (shareholders) working on.
However, My position is that mining in particular is highly capital intensive and thus shareholders funds do a lot of the work.

Of course they get downright angry when I say mining is largely automated using D9's and grinding mills etc. so capital does most of the work. So I won't point that out.

However it is why they're so well paid but less so than the oil industry where the contribution of capital to revenue s higher.
