With yesterday and today’s trading I suspected, the massive sell order yesterday was fake, there is a very big accumulator, by who I’m not sure. Your rumours of a T/O is plausible. They don’t have much debt as compare to some other REIT and their JV debt is non-recourse so whoever is doing the calculations on GPT knows that even if JV is worth nothing their NTA is still higher than their SP.
GL all, its getting interesting, a IR cut for oct is almost certain I would think.
Hedge funds is also shifting their money out of resources and into other sectors.
