I tell you one thing though, if the BOD accept a stupidly low price for this mine so close to production and cash flow they will shine the most negative light on their careers, very negative. Like spilling paint on carpet, they will never get this out of their careers.
If a TO is announced you would think an independent valuation would need to be done with a recommendation whether it is good or bad for shareholders.
Keep it real BOD, many, many eyes are watching what you do with this once in a lifetime mine moving into production at the start of a super cycle lithium boom.
