I would love $1 but if the offer was greater 80c I'd have to say YES. More than 60c I would have to think about it very carefully, less than 60c: NO!
Part of me would be sad (I've been a holder since 2015; thank you SoS and I wish you were here). But this is an investment and I believe that when it comes to investments it's best not to be sentimental. Right now there are a lot bargains out there which have as much, if not more potential for growth, for the sort of Market Cap AJM would have at 80cps ($1.4B).
However, I have to emphasise that IMO there's nothing out there that rivals AJM's potential at its current MC.
