Yes that's right, all,because the present very low Market Cap. here because of a number of factors. any Company or individual with their head screwed on and with approx. $6,000,000 could make an offer commencing at approx. .9 cents per for 51% of the Shares here and obtain a very worth while Investment. Perhaps La Jolla could even turn from a present Foe to perhaps a Friend for many of us shareholders here and they also may even end up giving M.K. his 'Marching Orders'
The present high Turnover at a beat down RCP Share price seems to indicate that a 'Takeover possibilty may well exist'.
