We have 4 confirmed shedding Kimberlites (Type 2a's), Se251 being 220 hectares! Hopefully our old DMS is chugging away in an attempt to prove-up their viability. This is where the money will be made in the long term. Alluvials are a pleasant distraction for the moment, but a necessary part of the business plan, as any finds will be our bread and butter until the real action starts.

The part that concerns me in all of this is the fact that the Angolan government has our rocks firmly in their grasp. They decide on parcel size, grouping, even price in the first instance through Sodiam, although on the positive side they get a swift injection of funds direct to Govt coffers on completion of sales. I would like to believe that any alleged corruption in Angola is consigned to history, they really seem to have cleaned up their act over recent months and are striving to become a legitimate force in the diamond industry.
