    Don't count on a takeover, SGW has big problems. The recent buying has been short covering and retail buying. The big guys in the know are short and I wouldn't bet against them.

    The downside risks on this stock far outweigh the upside profit potential. This is a stock to leave alone or to short. It is highly dangerous imo.
