Investor, IMO ORG is a totally different animal to ESG.
It is much more mature, pays dividends, has a large institutional shareholder base. And it many times bigger - much harder to snap up. Even if there were a takeover, investors would not part with their golden goose "at these prices."
(Having said, I think ORG has a way to fall yet in the current climate. It got a bit ahead of its fundamental value a few years ago and is coming back towards that now.)
