    VIT just got a takeover offer. Before that there has been a lot of talking-down of the company from all aspects even the fundamentals remains sound. Guess what, it turns out that the Chinese have an keen eye on it for the whole time. Everything has been set up just for a takeover. It could be the case (or similar) for WLD as well.
