The fact that some people "hang around" and that others "come and go" is not in itself a measure nor proof of NON-ramping, or ramping!

I can remember people being absolutely sold on a certain stock and carrying on beyond reason ( NSE and a certain "Russian" come to mind ).

I have recently renewed my contact with BRU. ( Expecting or "gambling" on a "good run" ).

Previously I went in at about 1.20 and - after I had seen "my money" triple... - out at 2.50.

That didn't make me a ramper just a lucky investor.

I am now in at 1.80 and banking on better S/P. I'm hoping that "shorters" won't mess with success.

NSE was a whole different story. Got out at half a dollar, well before it hit the dime dimensions and yes well before a certain "Russian" stopped ramping it. Crystal balls don't always prove to be crystal.
