You’ve got a lot of heat in that reply, but not much substance.First off—you asked what price a third party might pay in a takeover. That is a valuation question, whether you like it or not. You can’t talk takeover price without talking asset value, strategy, and commercial potential. Throwing out numbers like “5c max” with zero rationale is pure speculation.

you’re clearly frustrated with EXR, but ranting about administration and 1c share prices isn’t analysis—it’s just noise. Anyone with actual experience in the energy sector knows that contingent resources, basin position, and strategic potential do matter, especially in early-stage gas plays.Your comments about there “never ever” being reserves show a fundamental misunderstanding of how exploration works. You don’t need booked reserves today for a company to be acquired—Majors often take positions precisely to secure future optionality or to block competitors. You don’t think the Grandis play is interesting? That’s fine. But serious players are watching what happens next, especially with East Coast gas supply tight and infrastructure already in place nearby. And if Lorelle-3 hits? Game changer. If not, sure, EXR may need to recap or restructure—but that’s not unique in junior gas.
