Reserves... OMG... you should not even try mentioning it about EXR. There wil lnever ever be Reserves for EXR.. the company will either fold into administration or they will be sold cheap before any ever Reserves be realised on the tenements.
Yes, we all know the storyteller telling about Contigent resources and now with Lorelle-3, how wonder ful we are... and we are bigger than OMA... LMAO With over 1.5 billion shares and more to come EOY, there is no comparison with OMA... not even close. Take a look at the register.... lol not 1 decent major involved in the company.

So, Major and Smart Money knows all that.... they will not touch EXR with a long pole.... especially now on Macro conditions that will last for a while.... its smarter.... hence the Smart Money name, to let EXR burn down and get in more trouble.... then come in and take as cheap as chips.... from the dumb money retailers.....
Most likely the SP on EXR will be 1c by July.... no joke.... imagine the amount of shareholders that will sell it off to use as EOFY tool....
So, at 5 cents TO, its a massive 5 bags.... at 8 cents its a massive 8 bags... and a TO at 10 cents... is not only a premium... its a massive premium to pay for... no Major will do it in the current condition and affairs of this company... a 5 to 10 baggers? LOL think again..... 1 cent is coming mate....
