    Price in future earnings factor and the price will need to be at a 30% to 40% premium to that fair value, not the current price. Good on WPL for identifying a great company to taker over but n this case they can get f^%%%^*(! till a more realistic deal is put forward.

    Botten made Oilsearch and has been there from the get go, I imagine he will want to see a fair price for all that time and effort.
    Why hasn't WPL gone after Interoil that operates in PNG and who have a stake in Elk /Antelopoe monster gas field?
    Because they see the best value in OSH. That should tell you that this company is worth more.
