OSH must have been aware of the possibility of this style of offer and should be well prepared to have arranges key shareholder support and strategy for defense .

It is a opening salvo - they need to get a lot more serious to even get me to think about it. Last thing I want is WPL shares as OSH IMO has far more growth and leverage to prices than WPL structure and bag of asserts higher on the production curve and failed proposed projects . The old if you can't plan and get your own costs down buy into a company that can control theres and is lower on the curve and even further undervalued mid term than yourself and to get it even cheaper throw WPL confetti stock rather than cash.
