    . . . and they still owe the money to the bank. They also wont get the same cosy insider relationship with WPL either. Instead, they will be an outsider holding a minor stake in WPL and the shares they own will really belong to the bank. Better sell OSH now before O'Neill opens his mouth and throws a bucket of cold water on the whole deal.
