It's going to be very difficult for the Board to recommend we accept anything less than $2.50/share seeing this what they valued the company at at the AGM. If Crombo thinks he can do that, then jump on to the other side of the table to be a buyer with his PE mates, I will be livid. At the very least, I want the same deal as Crombo : If he stays in the Newco I want the ability to stay in as well. I will say no to anything less than net asset value of $1.53. Even at that price there is no real argument to recommend selling other than the price is higher than the current market. If I had wanted to sell at $1.53 I would have sold in Feb 2020.
All this reeks to high heaven.
