    I have been watching this stock for a while now and it is clearly undervalued. For those of you that hold shares in the company, if there was a takeover offer for the company what price would you be happy with? Do you think many shareholders would accept an offer for say 14c a share (about a 50% premium to its current price), or would they hold out hoping the company spends the cash wisely and secures a decent project/land?. Im just curious...
